Sunday,June 7th, 2026
The Porch Dogs have earned their place as one of Calgary’s most respected blues and roots collectives, built on years of shared stages, deep musical understanding, and a sound that feels both relaxed and powerful. Drawing from blues, roots, and classic R&B, their music is grounded in groove, tone, and feel — the kind that settles into a room and brings people in without effort. This is not about flash or volume — it’s about connection, timing, and musicians who know how to listen to each other, creating a natural, lived-in sound that longtime fans have come to trust and new listeners immediately recognize as authentic.

This event is also a Food Bank Booster Concert, inviting guests to bring non-perishable food items in support of local community food programs and the Veterans Association Food Bank. Together, we’ll share music, gather donations, and strengthen community ties.
This is more than a concert — it’s a chance to reconnect with friends of the series, welcome new listeners, and experience live music the way it was meant to be shared: in real time, in the room, together.
We hope you can join us — and thank you for supporting Live Music in the Community.
