We are truly honoured to welcome Tim Williams back for what promises to be a soul-stirring afternoon of music, storytelling, and connection.

Over the years, we’ve been graced with several shared afternoons with Tim, and each time he’s brought with him a quiet kind of magic. His performances linger—not just for the songs he plays, but for the feeling he leaves behind. Whether seated in front of a small garden audience or holding a room in reverent stillness, Tim draws people in with honesty, warmth, and the deep, lived-in wisdom of someone who’s been there—and still shows up with heart wide open.

He’s not just one of Canada’s most accomplished blues musicians—with over 50 years of performing and decades spent producing, recording, and mentoring others—he is a founding figure in Calgary’s music scene. A generous soul. A steady hand. A musical elder who has never stopped lifting others up.

To welcome him back after a period of recovery—after an injury kept him from the stage for a time—makes this return all the more meaningful. Tim’s presence is never something we take for granted. His music reminds us why we gather, why we listen, and why live music matters.
